مؤسسه فرهنگي ـ هنري گل‌آقا فعاليت خود را از سال ۱۳۶۹ با انتشار هفته‌نامه گل‌آقا
(نشريه طنز و كاريكاتور سياسي، اجتماعي و انتقادي) آغاز كرد. سپس در سال ۱۳۷۰ با انتشار
ماهنامه گل‌آقا (و از سال ۱۳۷۵ با تغيير رويه اين ماهنامه به نشريه تخصصي طنز) و سالنامه
گل‌آقا (كتاب مرجع تحقيقات طنز و كاريكاتور) فعاليت خود را افزايش داد. همچنين دو دوره
روزنامه طنز همزمان با نمايشگاه مطبوعات و نشريه بچه‌ها...گل‌آقا (اولين نشريه طنز
كودك و نوجوان) را در سال ۷۸ منتشر كرد. نشريه كميك گل‌آقا نيز از سال ۱۳۸۶ به منظور
انتشار يك نشريه كميك‌استريپ ايران به چاپ رسيد. انتشارات گل‌آقا نيز به عنوان تنها
ناشر تخصصي طنز و كاريكاتور تاكنون كتابهاي زيادي در اين عرصه به چاپ رسانده است.
ديگر فعاليت‌هاي مؤسسه گل‌آقا عبارتنداز:
۱ـ برگزاري مسابقات طنز و كاريكاتور داخلي و بين‌المللي: مؤسسه گل‌آقا تاكنون چندين
مسابقه داخلي با موضوعات محيط زيست، بمب اتمي، بهداشت دهان و دندان، كشتيراني، زلزله
بم و دو دوره مسابقه بين‌المللي كاريكاتور با موضوعات گفت‌وگوي تمدنها و راه و سفر
برگزار كرده است. كتابهايي از منتخب آثار اين مسابقه به صورت نفيس در دسترس علاقه‌مندان
قرار گرفته است. همچنين نمايشگاهي از آثار اين مسابقات در نمايشگاه گل‌آقا در معرض
ديد عموم قرار گرفته است.
۲ـ برگزاري كلاسهاي آموزشي: مؤسسه گل‌آقا با برگزاري كلاسهاي آموزشي در زمينه طنز و
كاريكاتور و جذب هنرجويان و علاقه‌مندان به ارائه آموزش و انتقال تجربه و جذب نيروهاي
مستعد مي‌پردازد.
۳ـ بخش انيميشن: بخش انيميشن مؤسسه گل‌آقا با استفاده از حضور هنرمندان اين رشته در
زمينه توليد كارهاي تبليغي، آموزشي و فرهنگي فعال است.
۴ـ سايت گل‌آقا: سايت مؤسسه گل‌آقا به عنوان سايت تخصصي طنز و كاريكاتور، علاوه بر
ارائه اخبار و گزارش‌هاي مربوط به طنز و كاريكاتور با بخش‌هاي متنوعي همچون پرونده‌هاي
موضوعي، كاريكاتورهاي روزانه، وبلاگهاي همكاران گل‌آقا و آثار طنز متنوع در دسترس علاقه‌مندان
قرار دارد.
۵ـ انتشار ويژه‌نامه‌هاي موضوعي: مؤسسه گل‌آقا با توجه به اهداف ملي خود در زمينه‌هاي
فرهنگي و علمي و با استفاده از زبان مؤثر طنز و كاريكاتور، در برهه‌هاي مختلف ويژه‌نامه‌هايي
به صورت ضميمه نشريات خود يا مجزا منتشر مي‌كند. عناوين برخي از اين نمونه‌ها عبارتند
از: بهينه‌سازي مصرف انرژي، صرفه‌جويي در مصرف آب، سينماي كمدي، كودكان مهاجر و...
۶ـ برگزاري جشنواره فيلم كمدي: اولين حضور گل‌آقا در عرصه سينماي كمدي در سال ۱۳۷۱
و با انتخاب چهره‌هاي منتخب از فيلمهاي يازدهمين جشنواره فيلم فجر شكل گرفت. سپس از
سال ۱۳۸۶ اولين جشنواره فيلم كمدي گل‌آقا به صورت رسمي و با هدف حمايت و تقدير از هنرمندان
سينماي كمدي راه‌اندازي شد.
۷ـ كتابخانه تخصصي: كتابخانه گل‌آقا با جمع‌آوري آثار طنز و كاريكاتور، امكان استفاده
محققان دانشجويان را براي انجام پروژه‌هاي تحقيقي فراهم كرده است.
مؤسسه فرهنگي ـ هنري گل‌آقا به عنوان خانه طنز ايران علاوه بر فعاليت‌هاي فوق همواره
در كليه عرصه‌هاي مربوط به طنز و كاريكاتور و كمدي با نگاهي حمايتگر حضور داشته و اميدوار
است بتواند فرصت‌هاي تازه‌اي براي علاقه‌مندان به طنز فراهم آورد. مؤسسه گل‌آقا تا
سال ۱۳۸۳ با مديريت و مدير مسؤولي كيومرث صابري‌فومني (گل‌آقا) و پس از آن توسط پوپك
صابري‌فومني (گلنسا) اداره مي‌شود.
GOLAGHA ACTIVITIES
In 1990 with publishing Golagha weekly which was a political, social and criticizing
satirical and cartoon magazine Golagha institution started its activities .However
Golagha extended its activities with publishing Golagha monthly in 1991 which in
1996 changed its approach and became a professional satirical magazine (In fact
it is a reference book for researches on satire and cartoons) and also by
publishing another specialized periodical called Golagha yearly. Golagha has also
published series of satirical daily for 2 press exhibitions. It published
the first satirical weekly for children called Bacheha Golagha in 1999.
To publish a comic strip in Iran In 2007 Golagha started Golagha comic. And as the
only professional satirical publisher Golagha has published a lot of books related
to this field as well.
The rest of Golagha institution activities are as follows:
1. Holding national and international satire and cartoon competitions:
So far Golagha has organized some national competition on the subjects of environment,
atom bomb, mouth and teeth hygiene, shipping, Bam earthquake, and two series of
international competition on the subjects of dialogue between civilizations and
road and traveling. Finely printed Books containing a selection of the best works
of these competitions have also been offered to interested fans. Exhibitions of
selected works of theses competitions were held for the public as well.
2. Holding educational classes: By holding educational classes in satire
and cartoon field for art students and interested people, Golagha institution is
offering education, transferring its experiences and also absorbing talented people.
3. Animation division: Using professional artists in this field this
division is active in producing cultural and educational works and also advertising.
4. Golagha website: This site as a professional satire and cartoon
site , is giving news and reports related to satire and cartoons and offering
a variety of subjects like subject files , daily cartoons and Golagha’s staff’s
web logs. In this site satirical works of great variety are also available for the
interested visitors.
5. Publishing special issues: Concerning its national targets and using
the impressive language of satire and cartoon, on special occasions, Golagha publishes
special issues related to cultural and scientific matters as supplement with its
periodicals or issues separate from them.
6. Holding comic film festival: Golagha made its first appearance in
comedy film field in 1992 by choosing the best comic stars of the 11th Fajr film
festival. However later in 2007 the first Golagha film festival started officially
to support and pay tribute to comic actors and actresses.
